Hope & Olive is a casual diner owned and operated by siblings Jim and Maggie Zaccara and their friend Evelyn Wulfkuhle. They've been serving the people of Massachusetts since September of 2007. They've been working as a team for years! Jim and Maggie grew up in the culinary industry, and Evelyn joining them from a background of bread baking.
Together, they've passionately worked to create a place that's wholesome and nourishes their employees and thriving community. They offer the very best in customer service because they believe in being professional, casual, and friendly. They like their customers to feel at ease and want them to have the best experience possible! They also strive to make the most of a rich bounty of local vendors by sourcing much of our menu items with nearby products. That's just a few of the reasons this diner is so popular with locals and visitors alike!
One of their popular dishes is the four peppercorn crusted sirloin made with celery root, potato gratin, roasted mushroom creamed leeks, spinach, and a red wine demi glace. And don't worry if you've have other diet restrictions. They also have versatile vegetarian menu items as well, like the bi bim bap tofu bowl!
They cook from masterfully crafted recipes with an emphasis on simplicity and flavor. Be sure to stop by the bar where you can eat from the regular menu or check out the savory selection of small plates from the bar menu. Their unique cocktails are inspired and delicious! Enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive wine list or one of our 12 cold beers on tap. You're invited to come and have lunch, brunch, dinner, or maybe just drinks, snacks, or a house-made dessert! When you dine at Hope and Olive, you're bound to have an excellent time.
